The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana is pleased to announce the Federal Bench and Bar Conference to be held on Friday, September 11, 2026, at the Hilton Riverside Hotel in New Orleans.
Members in good standing of the Bar of the Eastern District of Louisiana may apply to attend this free conference. The day-long event offers up to seven hours of CLE credit, including ethics and professionalism. Attendees will also have the opportunity to interact with the Court’s judges and fellow bar members over complimentary refreshments, including breakfast and lunch.
To attend, lawyers must submit an application and receive an acceptance from the Court, which must then be confirmed. Our goal is to accept a representative number of applicants from each of the district's thirteen parishes. Acceptance notifications will be sent beginning in July.
Registrations are non-transferrable, and any necessary cancellations must be promptly reported.
